Eligibility and Timeframe

1. Damaged Items (Within 7 Days of Receipt)
If your item arrives damaged, you are eligible for a return or refund within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • Return Shipping Costs: In such cases, return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.

Refund Details (Including Fee Deductions)

Refunds will be processed with the following structure:

  • Internal Processing: ~5 working days

  • Total Timeframe: Up to 15 working days

Fees Incurred:

  • Transaction Fee: 8.5% of the original transaction amount

  • Fixed Bank Transfer Fee: €1

Example – Full Refund on €100 Order:

  • €100 × 91.5% = €91.5

  • €91.5 – €1 = €90.5 credited to your account

Example – Partial Refund on €10 Portion:

  • €100 × 91.5% × 10% = €9.15

  • €9.15 – €1 = €8.15 credited

Refund Policy for Shipped Orders

Regarding refunds for already shipped orders: Many customers purchasing e-cigarettes may encounter customs inspections, which can cause delays of up to 15 days. Some customers feel this is too long and request partial or full refunds. That is completely acceptable.

Returns for refunds: However, we kindly ask that once you receive the goods, you return them to us at your own shipping expense in order for the refund to be processed.

Preferred solution: Of course, the best solution is always negotiation. We are happy to provide partial compensation for delays.

Communication and Resolution

If you find the refund amount difficult to accept due to the bank fees involved, our team is happy to work with you to find a mutually agreeable solution—such as sending partial products, vouchers, or other compensation.

Conditions for Return Acceptance

  • Returns outside the specified reasons (damage, wrong item, product defect) will not be accepted

  • All items must be returned in their original packaging and unused condition


Shipping Cost Coverage

We will fully cover return shipping only in the following cases:

Initial shipping charges are non-refundable for any other reasons.


Promotional Product Returns

If your original order included free promotional items, all components of the promotion must be returned to receive a full refund.
If the promotional items are not returned, their value will be deducted from your refund.
In the case of defective promotional items, we will cover the cost of return.
